Efficiency, Reliability and Room to Grow
The Leica TS13 is a mid-range robotic total station built for everyday surveying. Automatic Target Recognition keeps it locked on, AutoHeight measures instrument height at the single press of a button, and upgrade options let it grow with your work.
Key Features
Automatic Target Recognition (ATR) – Finds and tracks the prism automatically, keeping you measuring rather than re-aiming
AutoHeight – Measures instrument height at the press of a button, removing the tape measure and the setup errors that come with it
Robotic One-Person Operation – Run the instrument from the pole and cover more ground with fewer people on site
Upgradeable When You Need It – Add prism lock and fast search later rather than paying for them up front
AP20 AutoPole Compatible – Works with varying pole heights, so the wrong pole height stops being a source of error
Coding and Line Work in the Field – Build your drawing as you measure instead of piecing it together back at the office
Why Choose the TS13
The TS13 is the sensible middle ground: robotic performance and automatic target recognition without paying for features you may never use. Start with what the job needs today and add capability as the work changes.
Software Solutions
Field solution: Leica X-PAD
X-PAD brings measurement, positioning and stakeout together in one place, so you are not jumping between apps on site. You work in a map-centric CAD environment, switching between 2D and 3D and bringing in online maps and WMS layers for context. Stakeout is quick, with AR guidance when paired with compatible hardware, and built-in drawing tools let you create points, lines, circles and surfaces with offsets in the field. It runs on Android tablets and smartphones, and on the Leica CSX8 rugged tablet.
Office solution: n4ce from Applications in CADD
n4ce is a field-to-finish survey processing and modelling suite that takes your field data through to finished deliverables. It covers survey processing, CAD editing, DTM creation, volumes, sections and 3D visualisation, with point cloud processing and feature extraction available, plus specialist tools for geological modelling, roads design and river analysis. It reads and writes the formats you already work with, including AutoCAD DWG, Bentley MX, LandXML, LiDAR and Excel CSV. Three editions are available: n4ce Lite, n4ce Professional and n4ce Designer. So you can match the software to the work.
